Who These Terms Are With
MyBookkeeper is operated by Tbilisi Expat, LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, at 16 Ateni Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgian law, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to the accounting services listed on this site. Each engagement is also governed by whatever we agree with you in writing for that specific piece of work, and where the two differ, the written engagement wins.
Fees
The prices published on this site are the prices we charge, and they exclude 18% VAT. Government fees are separate and are stated where they arise. We tell you before doing work that falls outside an agreed package.
What We Are Responsible For
On our accounting packages, liability for filing errors sits with us: if we prepare and file a declaration incorrectly, the resulting penalty is ours. That does not extend to penalties caused by documents you did not send us, sent us late, or sent us incorrectly, nor to tax you genuinely owe.
What We Are Not Responsible For
Content on this site is general information, not tax advice for your situation. Georgian tax rules change, so a page written some months ago may no longer be current. The consultation is where your own situation gets answered.
We do not guarantee any outcome that a third party decides. Revenue Service determinations, VAT registration and Small Business Status eligibility are decisions of those institutions, not ours.
