Who We Are
MyBookkeeper is an accounting service of Tbilisi Expat, LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, at 16 Ateni Street, Tbilisi, Georgia.
What We Collect
If you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the type of business you run, which description fits you (a foreigner living in Georgia, planning to move here, or a Georgian citizen), your preferred language and contact method, the services you ticked, the package you chose if you came from the pricing page, how you found us and anything you write in the message box. The form also records which page of this site you sent it from. That goes to our team inbox and our internal lead system, where the team tracks enquiries, and is used to answer you. How you found us is also used to understand how people find the firm. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, what we hold is whatever you chose to send in that conversation.
If you become a client, we also hold the documents needed to keep your books and file for you: company documents, bank statements, invoices and contracts. We hold them because Georgian tax and accounting law requires us to, and for as long as it requires.
What the Website Itself Collects
The site is statically generated and serves no third-party advertising. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service. The home and contact pages show a map of our office that is served by Google Maps. Your browser loads it directly from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies inside the map frame. We set no cookies ourselves and run no tracking, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
Who We Share It With
The Revenue Service of Georgia and the other state bodies we file with on your behalf, where filing requires it. Our email delivery provider, which transmits enquiry-form submissions to our inbox, and our internal lead system, where the team tracks enquiries. Nobody else, and never for marketing.
Your Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the retention periods Georgian law imposes on accounting records. Ask through the contact form.
